The hotel is in a prime location near main attractions. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist with requests. Valet parking was useful because road access was tricky. The staff ensured my mother had a great birthday .

I found the rooms lacking the luxury that one would expect from a five star hotel. I had to report twice that my room was not cleaned properly. The toiletries were eco sustainable, yet not up to par.
